Project requests are not contracts
Submitting an intake, consultation request, file, photo, recording, requested contact role, or requested permission does not create a contract, price commitment, work authorization, customer credit, or verified authority. GOLOVO must separately confirm scope, price, schedule, customer identity, and authorization in writing.
Estimates and site information
Website descriptions and preliminary discussions are informational. Pricing and feasibility depend on site conditions, access, codes, equipment, materials, labor, and a final written scope. You are responsible for providing information you are authorized to share and for identifying known hazards or restrictions.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only upload information relevant to a legitimate project request. Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, credentials, financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or content you do not have permission to share. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, automate abuse of, or bypass access controls on the website.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The website, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to GOLOVO. Third-party names and products belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services’ terms.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GOLOVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or inability to access it. These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, service agreement, warranty, or other project document.
